Everything you need to know before takeoff.
Do I need flying experience or a license?
Not at all. Our packages are designed to suit any level, from absolute beginner to experienced pilot. An instructor will always be sitting next to you to guide you or assist with complex procedures.
What's the minimum age to participate?
The experience is recommended from age 10 and up. Feel free to call us for younger participants.
Can I bring guests with me?
Of course! The cockpit is open at the rear, so you can be accompanied and your guests will be able to watch your flight for free and take photos/videos.
What happens if I buy a Gift Voucher?
The gift voucher recipient simply has to contact us by phone, WhatsApp Business or email to book the date and time they prefer. The Voucher has different validity periods depending on the chosen class: 6 months for Economy, 12 months for Business, no expiry for First Class.
Is the simulator suitable for those who suffer from claustrophobia?
The simulator is a 1:1 reproduction of the cabin, but it's open at the rear and located in a very wide and ventilated room. It's not a hermetically sealed space, so no problem at all.
What's the difference between Economy, Business and First Class?
Economy is the complete flight experience with an instructor on board, with nothing taken away from the simulator's enjoyment. Business adds valuable add-ons like a personalized performance page with flight log and score, a personalized printable certificate, in-cockpit photos and the option to choose departure and destination airports. First Class includes everything in Business plus real ATC radio with live air traffic, dangerous airports around the world, night flight option, online flying on IVAO/VATSIM networks and a surprise gift at the end of the experience. The top tier as a gift to yourself or a loved one.
Can I choose the departure and destination airports for the flight?
Yes — in Business and First Class packages you can choose your departure or destination airport from thousands of airports worldwide. You can take off from Milan Malpensa or land at New York JFK, or try iconic airports like Innsbruck, Funchal or Kai Tak Hong Kong. Flight duration is always calculated based on the package length. In Economy packages the route is proposed by the instructor and still gives the customer the full flying experience.
What are IVAO and VATSIM and can I fly online?
IVAO and VATSIM are the two main worldwide networks of online flying where virtual controllers and pilots interact in real time, just like in real life. With the First Class package you can fly fully connected to these networks, talking to real virtual ATC controllers and sharing the airspace with other pilots from around the world.
Will I receive the dedicated performance page and flight log?
Yes — with Business and First Class packages you'll receive an exclusive link to your dedicated page with the complete flight performance: GPS track, takeoff and landing parameters, speed, altitude, fuel consumption, G-load and a final score on landing quality. It's your flight log that you can share, print or keep as a memento of the experience.
Where exactly are you located?
We're in Cinisello Balsamo (MI), Via Filippo Corridoni 12. It's a convenient area to reach both from central Milan by public transit (M1 + bus Z225 or Z227, or M5 + bus 728) and by car with plenty of free parking nearby. We're outside Milan's Area B.
